About the hotel

We’re excited to host you at Hacienda del Mar Los Cabos, an Autograph Collection all‑inclusive resort in Cabo del Sol. The property is recognized as one of Cabo’s standout all‑inclusive properties for its blend of charm and comfort on the Sea of Cortez. Every bite and sip on property is included in your stay, including 24 hour room service, so you can simply relax and enjoy the resort’s restaurants, bars, and lounges from the moment you arrive. Just a short drive from both Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, and near the new Ánima Village shopping and dining district, the location makes it easy to explore local galleries, the marina, boat tours, and downtown neighborhoods if you’d like to venture off property during your stay.

Please book your flights into and out of Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) for:

  • Arrival: Tuesday, May 5, 2026

    • Arrivals between 11:00am and 2:00pm

  • Departure: Saturday, May 9, 2026

    • Departures between 11:00am and 3:00pm

The Company will provide group transportation between SJD airport and the resort on arrival & departure day. Hosted airport transfers will be provided only for flights within the above windows. Should you book outside of these dates or times, you will be responsible for your own airport transportation.

If your preferred flight is even slightly outside the listed times, please email Laura Urso at lurso@activepure.com before booking to confirm whether it can be included in the group transfers.

The team will do their best to have your room ready when you arrive. If you arrive before check-in and your room is not ready, you can store your bags with the bell desk and start enjoying the resort facilities and restaurants until your room is available.

Is airport transportation included?

Yes, roundtrip group airport transfers between SJD airport and the resort are included for guests whose flights fall within the designated arrival and departure windows. If you arrive or depart outside of the group transfer times, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation.

  • Departures: between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 9


What is the weather like in May, and what should I Pack?

May in Los Cabos is typically warm and sunny, with daytime highs in the 80s–90s F and pleasant evenings, so light resort wear, swimwear, comfortable sandals, and strong sun protection are recommended.

Parts of the evening events will be outside and on grass or sand, so choose breathable fabrics and avoid very high heels and stilettos.


What’s Included In The Hotel’s All-Inclusive Package?

Your stay includes all meals, snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages by the glass at most of the property’s restaurants and bars, in-room minibar, activities & entertainment, and 24‑hour room service*. Learn more and explore menus here.

What is not included?
Spa treatments, De Cortez Grill House*, premium wines/spirits not on the included list, motorized water sports, private cabanas, off‑property excursions, and any personal incidentals charged to your room.​

* $10 USD delivery fee for 11:00pm – 7:00am room service; De Cortez Grill House is an additional $15 USD/person for a la carte breakfast and $35 USD/person for a la carte dinner.


Can I bring additional guests or extend my stay?

Yes, you can bring additional guests such as children, or extend your stay before or after the program dates, but this is subject to hotel availability. Children may require an additional room rather than sharing with adults.

Please note that additional guests and children may not be included in all hosted group events such as the Welcome Reception or Awards Dinner. Attendance at group events is by invitation only and may require a fee for additional guests.
